"Preparation: Cut the Kaffir leaves and Chilli into small size. Fillet the sneakhead fish skin and cut into slide pieces.
Then in 1 bowl, pour 1 cup of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of Amok paste into 1 bowl and mix them together, after that put in the slided fillet fish, kaffir lime leaves, knor seasoning cube, 1 egg. (If you like sugar and MSG, you can add to your taste.) Mix them together and then put to steam for 20minutes. Final touch pour the leftover coconut milk on top and sprinkle small amount of chilli, and the meal is ready to eat."
